The Afternoon of Lucy the Chihuahua

By Daisy on June 2, 2024 7:16 pm

This is about Lucy, 11 years old capering about in her usual way.  She part Dragon and Delicate Flower- no middle ground. A bit of a homage to Debussy with the use of the Lydian Mode.
I hope my pictures works!!!

Such a lovely tribute. Feels fun and whimsical, like a soundtrack to a Pixar short with no other sound effects or words. Very jealous of your skill for orchestration. The picture did not embed for me but I was able to open the url and see a sweet pup smile

really love work here, Daisy. thank you

I agree with Cursory and JWH!  beautiful and I could see the short film in my head

That was fantastic! Love the orchestration and the imagery it evoked. Also…such a sweet pupper! (If you change your front tag to the same as the back one but without the slash, it should hopefully embed…as it was, I was able to copy the link smile )

Thanks for listening and your enthusiasm!   I fixed the picture with your instructions thanks so much.  I just miss things that have to do with coding.

Thanks for listening and saying such nice things!  My orchestration is my paint brush-- I enjoy Musescore's variety of sounds-- and it keeps improving with each upgrade.
