An attempt to get some 80s sci-fi like sounds out of the m8. I know it’s possible, just don’t think I’ve quite got it yet… Still, maybe more 90s sci-fi?
Essentially just one long buildup at a very slow pace (40bpm). I imagine it possibly as a cinematic piece as the main characters enter and view a vast space port.
Used a preset here as still haven’t quite mastered the fm synth pad sounds (or pad sounds in general), the rest made from macro synth (mainly the csaw shape) and wavsynth.
