Fragile Fingers

By Cosmic Cairns on October 11, 2024 5:58 pm

I had a stressful week with work stuff and then our main water line at our house burst and we had to replace it.  So I just felt like doing something kind of calm and relaxing this week.

Fall hammock music, sounds like a stressful week. Hope all is right with the water. Music to watch the autumn leaves fall as the squirrels frantically search for every last nut!

You managed to compose a beautiful light and peaceful song, although the week was heavy. I especially like the horns making a gloomy euphoric epic crescendo at the end. Hope you could fix the pipeline.

i'm sorry your week was so stressful. plumbing problems are the PITS.
this track is really calming and pleasant to listen to. thank you, and hope this week is better for yous!

the track is really soothing and relaxing, very nice to listen to. Hope the water is back and everything gets less stressful going forward

Ugh that sounds like a stressful week.  Excellent way to reverse that with this uplifting reflective track.  Calming guitar strums and airy strings that help guide the melody along.  Hope this coming week is mucho better for you!

I needed this song as well. So relaxing. Love the synth that comes in at around 1min.

Very nice, calm and day dreamy. I enjoyed this moment. Almost like floating on pond, but not on a pond of broken water main water. That's a bummer, I dread that. Hopefully it didn't flood your house or anything.

I like the nostalgic vibe of this track. It has a sepia color, a calming effect. I am not sure I'm dreaming it but it sounds like there are crackle sounds similar to a vinyl record, which just adds to the whole effect. Or it's just in my head.

Thanks!  It stayed hot a long time here, but fall seems to have finally kicked in and I'm certainly enjoying it.

Thanks!  The pipeline has been completely replaced, so that's good but it was a very expensive repair that I really didn't need to have to take on right now.

Thanks!  We were without water for the better part of five days.  No fun.

Thanks!  The water is back and that alone made it a better week.

It was a pretty lousy week, but I do my best to keep going!

Thanks!  There's something to be said for just relaxing sometimes.

I guess we were lucky in that it was only in the front yard.  I went outside and saw water bubbling up from the ground.  No fun at all, but I suppose it could have been a lot worse.

No vinyl sounds, but there are some crackles.  We got some pop rocks candy for Halloween and I thought it would be fun to record a couple snippets of them popping on my tongue.
