Postcard from a warzone

Felt uninspired, but did manage to get something halfway decent in the end. Experimented turning it into something more 4-to-the-floor at the end, hoping to add it to a demo, but am not too sure about the result.

Sound selection is rad. The strings, the mechanical gun-ish clock-ish drums. Really enjoyed it.

The end is interesting. It reminds me of back in the day when people would put out genre transition tracks. Like here’s a breaks banger and in the end, we’ll ease over to 4 on the floor and maybe even change bpm.

I like it

Reminds me of some of the more moody .mod/.it demoscene files I listened to in school; the slow build is great (+fav)

This is really pretty, with a lot of heart
Love this
