flight noun
: an act or instance of running away

That feeling of escaping reality, walking around a busy city right after a breakup. What if that city was Night City? Inspired by the upcoming cyberpunk 2077.

Neat concept, and very pretty in its execution. It'll be neat to see how Cyberpunk 2077 turns out.

Good to hear you think it's pretty, thanks :-D I Honestly can't wait! I had taken up a week of holiday time right after the initial release date. Needless to say thanks to Covid I enjoyed some time spent doing nothing at home haha.

Sweet sweet synthwave. The piano sound you are getting is really good, with just the right amount of reverb and then the arp takes us to cyberland. Good job on this track!

Thanks, it makes me happy that people like it :-D

Piano sound is the "soft piano" from spitfire Labs (which is for free) with about +5 dB high shelve somewhere in the mid-top end (I believe around 7 kHz). Reverb is a Toraverb preset (Lex cathedral) slightly modified for less top end on a separate buss that has more tracks routed into it (low-mid to top end off that bass arp for instance).

This is amazing, I love the interplay between the sad piano and the composed synths.
