Culture Cruisers - Sand of Arrakis

Hello everyone,
This week I returned to Arrakis. I had already been there the week before, but it was a much Faster visit, and I didn’t really get the chance to fully experience this incredible planet and its people.
This time, I found myself in the heart of the desert, in more remote regions — places said to be home to Shai-Hulud, and to some of the most fearless Fremen. It was a special experience, where I was shown a ceremonial dance in honor of Shai-Hulud.
From a technical perspective, this was a huge challenge. I chose not to rely on any samples from the movie on the instrumental side, which pushed me to explore my creativity as much as possible. I spent few hours 
working on this track throughout the week,looking to every detail and trying to achieve a sound that could, humbly, live up to the world of Dune.
Just a small note: this week, Hans Zimmer performed a concert Here in Lisbon — unfortunately, I couldn’t Go. Even so, it may have inspired me even more and fueled the motivation behind what I’m sharing with you today.
