Telephone Lies

I'm not super happy listening back to this but the idea in my mind kept changing and after a certain point I had to say enough is enough. I saved all my midi and audio elements from this and maybe I'll make a proper go at this again in the future

I love this- the pacing is awesome. And those bell tones are great

I really like the ambience you created here. It sounds exceptionally airy and relaxing. a very nice track.

thank you! I've been using Arturia Pigments a lot more lately, and mostly as a sampler / rompler, most of the organic sounds like bells and flutes come from that.

thank you! very much what I was aiming for

It's very calming in my ears at least.

Wow, great stuff, I think you should be very happy with this, maybe give another listen in a few days.  The sounds all complement each other very well, like that constant reverb/drone in the background and subtle distortion/static

so calming and refreshing. like satin sheets and ocean breeze. my boiling ears will be thirsty for a cool glass of this in 3-4 months. just lovely.

Great textures in this track. I had to rewind it a little as there are birds singing at my window and I was not sure if these were the birds outside or if you had bird samples in your track (after checking, it sounds like you do not, but that would work actually smile ). Very nice subtle use of bells there - just the right texture against the mellow pads.

Thank you very much. I actually read this comment as I am uploading next week's track and that one has birds in the background, while this has not, but for a moment I wasn't really sure anymore and I actually started thinking I had somehow entered a weird time loop.

Indeed, all the elements are somewhat evocative of certain melancholic-yet-warm feel, almost like some magical field recording. I didn't imagine it was Pigments I was listening to.

Fantastic. One of this year's favourites of yours smile

Keep the good work
