Blu Lake

By Bleeoop on September 7, 2024 4:44 pm

Rains came this week but they came too heavy, had to deal with some damage and again not a lot of time for music, but still quite happy with a couple of sounds in the track.
These days I find myself listening to a lot of good music and then trying to shamelessly recreate some of the cool sounds in my studio but something always gets lost in the translation and they come out different and filtered by my own touch so I still think it's an interesting result.

this is really beautiful & makes me curious over your source inspiration

i think of what you describe as a conversation between 2 artists - i think it's cool than we can travel across space and time this way

Super lush pads and nice evolution to it. I like the textural contrasts of the smooth sounds and the more rough, abrasive sounds later on. Thanks for sharing your sounds

i feel this track has something timeless and important to teach me.
a blu-lake full of wisdom and secrets

What a soundscape. Love the panning effects you have going on, and the oceans of delay. The pads are a fantastic bed for the guitar and synth lines - great contrast.

All the music we make is the result of what we’ve heard before - and I think your own touch is doing great work. Lovely track, thank you for sharing.

Awesome stereo effects and beautiful meditative ambient music. Let us know who inspired you.

thank you! I have been listening a lot to mostly two things, one is Oasis - Falling Down (A Monstrous Psychedelic Bubble Exploding In Your Mind) which is basically a 22 minutes psycheledic remix of an Oasis track made by Amorphous Androgynous, it's very weird and atmospheric, and then the album Endlessness by Nala Sinephro, she's a very talented musician, her main instrument is the harp but she plays a lot of synths on her record as well and I was very inspired by her arpeggios

thank you found this - what a great vibe! & the oasis remix is fantastic!

This creates a vivid soundscape.  It's huge and maybe just a bit alien, but also quite beautiful.

very cinematic. love the synth patches and space.
