Song for Makayla

By Barney Rubble on January 13, 2024 10:08 pm

Newbie here. I'm new to writing too so bare with me. I don't really like using Arpeggiators, but many of them inspire a song so here we are. Damn that bass drum! I'll change pace here and there. Thanks for listening!

Nice vibe on this one, I dig it. Is the guitar synthesized??? If so it's pretty damn convincing.

Super mellow, very pretty!

Yeah, agree… The sweep picking that comes in a little later sounds really nice. Cool vibe, nice progression, and arpeggiators aren't cheating wink Welcome to WB!

Thanks folks! I think the sound of the guitar is what hooked me on the arpeggio. It's a preset w/ split keyboard, so aside from the strings in the background, it's a single track. I've had the moXF8 for about 10 years and I've barely scratched the surface. I'm surprised it doesn't have a remote control. Wait a minute... It was hidden in the Users Manual. smile

Thank you. Much appreciated. smile

This is really wonderful and easy to listen to. It makes me feel good.

This whole song is a delight, like a gentle walk through a coastal town.
And great work on that fake guitar, it's so good.
