Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

a rather heavy and slow moving, rather pensive march. Not too many ideas, I am afraid... perhaps an ambient mix of this would work better. I might try that next week...

I kind of got a mental image of drifting down a river during this one. There was a sense of motion, but as you mention, maybe not moving super fast. It was a nice ride though!
There're definitely some great ideas in this, especially in the sound design.
Sounds like a space ship landing in the beginning (which of course, I like). I also like the percussive quality of some of the synths. Very ethereal with some sweet analog synth noodling. What gear are you using? Great sounds all around.
