Light waves

This week I wanted to make something very simple and ambient. I dug up my trusty old Yamaha DX7 as I wanted to have some bright and gentle sounds in a true FM synthesis way. I improvised a short backing, with strong delay to give me some tempo reference. Then I added more things on the other tracks and in the end section I put there some very bright bell-like sounds that only a DX7 can do. I also used rather unusual harmonies here and there to add some spice and to make things a little less twee. Very simple piece of music and but I think it is actually rather nice and should give the listener some positive vibes in these trying times.
