Well, this didn’t work out the way I’d hoped… I’m going to blame it on the start of the Summer holidays and a very busy week.
It’s another semi-generative piece. Still the m8 driving it, feeding a pro-vs-mini (vangelis style preset for retro goodness) on 4 tracks at rising octaves, coming in one after the other. DW01 drums add a bit of percussion and another m8 preset as a bit of a high end variety.
There’s some nice sounds in here but could have done with being developed a bit further. I also set up each of the vs-mini tracks as external instruments and I’m pretty sure all the same sounds have been brought in x4 - I probably should have done these as midi tracks, but haven’t got my head round that workflow yet…
