So, obviously thinking I had time was a mistake. despite my thoughts that I'd have a nice clear week after the hectic last few months, everything conspired against me and this weeks track was composed in what could be called a record time of approx. 3 hours, including the artwork.. so.. At least I know I can do that?

Maybe next week is when I have 'time' to do 'things'.
