The Silver Window to the Sea

By Aletheia on June 21, 2020 8:34 pm

A nostalgic look towards the sea with a 5 generative synth lines and improvised piano in D major. Last year around this time I was visiting the sea site and recorded the ambience you can hear behind the music. Now it's much more difficult to travel so I went back to it using music - which can take us anywhere we wish.

Exactly, this is why music is so much more than just background noise. I love musical journeys, thanks for sharing your seaside trip in the form of song smile. One day I'd like to do some traveling and bring back sounds from my trip to use in future songs.

This song really begins to soar around 2 minutes in. Beautiful composition and beautiful synth sounds, some even sound like violins. Favoriting because it's definitely a journey worth revisiting.

This is excellent! I love how the song opens up. Beautiful!

Your memory of the sea probably won't match mine, but I'll make my own memories with this song. If the memories won't be pleasant, know that at least the music is.
