I’m so flipping happy with this week. I sat down and forced myself to record a drum beat - which ended up sounding insane once I added some effects to it. Usually I double my drums up with samples but this one didn’t require anything.
It took a while to stick to a chord progression, but I managed to make one and then the bassline just turned it into a jam. The rest flowed and I decided it needed vocals in the last 20 mins before the deadline so I quickly wrote something.
