Yo, hello Matrixbrute! This track definitely has a 1980s flavor, you could even add the lyrics to it... I hear the "...just go away" in the chorus, not sure who/what's going away. "Hot Topic, just go away" is the first thing that came to mind, but nobody wants that I'm pretty sure

I’m not sure who/what’s going away either, but the main riff really started out as a scrambled chorus idea in my head where that was the only string of actual words!

@orangedrink, I was surprised how useful those drums were, I only decided to use them sort of as a why-not thing since I didn't have much else to choose from and thought it might be fun (and it was). Let me know if you'd take them in a single wavefile and I could record them for you.
