I've never considered synth-based folk music until now, but it works.  You may be onto something here.

I second this. This could really turn into something.

This feels like an anthem, or a theme song, which is what an anthem is to a country if you think about it.

Thank you, I think you just solved this one for me. smile Fanfare wasn’t quite the right word after the other layers were added to the broken brass synth basis (maybe it wasn’t to begin with), but Anthem is more in line with what I tried to convey here. Nice!

This tune is really powerful and mighty, one of my favs this year definately. I request you make a extended version of this some day.
