This one goes to some different places. I'm putting effort into making my compositions a little longer, because I think next year I am going to conclude my weekly songs, and instead try a new method. I think I've landed on making 16 songs per year, because I want to spend more time with the tracks, and spend more time fleshing them out and perfecting them. So I am thinking that on average the songs I make will be more like 4 minutes rather than my current songs which are mostly 2 minutes. So part of that is making parts longer, but also putting more time into transitions.
