Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

Another quickie. This is starting to feel dirty...lol.

I'm having to be strict with my time as I'm currently designing/building stages for music festivals, packing, working at a product development firm full time thats 1.5hrs away, raising 2 kiddos and trying to convince a wife that I need to spend more money on gear/plugins haha. In all seriousness I'm stoked to have made this far into weekly beats for 2022. I knocked this out in a few hours so we can spend sunday hiking at a waterfall.

We'll be moved into our new place in 3 weeks and I'll have about 2 more hours per day of free time throughout the week. Until then...

Moving itself will burn LOADS of time... but it is great to setup new space. 3 kids, full time job here so I can relate.

But those weekly beats are just a little push on the back to sit at my space and compose a little something every week which is great.

Keep it up. Even if "speed trash", sometime little gems get out of rushed releases...

so glad to hear life is picking up for you, going by all the tracks i've heard from you so far, sounds like you'll crank out pure excellence no matter what the circumstance, but excited to hear you'll have more time, too (doesn't seem like you need more gear/plugins, haha, everything sounds golden as is)
