That's a cool idea for an experiment.  The results are honestly quite listenable compared to what I would probably come up with if I tried something like that.

It's not bad, but then there isn't a huge amount of stuff going on either. Try adding a melody deaf, and then harmonize it, that'd be a more interesting challenge.
