Dotto (どっと)- This translates to sudden or suddenly.

When you are getting in the groove, you suddenly get pulled in a different direction.

Yeah, quite a jarring transition there, don't ya think? Don't worry, i think so too. smile couldn't find an easy way to connect iteration two with iteration one, but i did like the sound of the first part, so i just kept it big_smile

Any and all comments are welcome! hate it? love it? feel indifferent about it? let me know!

Some rad ideas in here, loving the groove you've got going on, and the transition isn't half as bad as you think wink

That groove in the first part is lush. love the quick change too.
Like the early 90's club sounds

That's pretty tight. I don't think any of the transitions were jarring.

Right? i just couldn't dare part with it. and as a 90's kid, those sounds might have had a lasting impact on me big_smile

thanx man! glad to hear i didn't jostle you! sometimes a transition is like a unicorn, impossible to find.

Nothing wrong with any of the transitions to me. I like that melody that comes in the middle, reminds me of the first level of Ninja Gaiden a bit.

...so to be perfectly frank, I'm not even sure where that jarring transition's supposed to be? Track flows very naturally to me. I do relate with the experience; during composition I always think stuff is too jarring, and when I listen back a couple of weeks later there was nothing to worry about.

Classic Wisefire chord progression, and I think you're reusing and varying your material very well in this one. Stereo's great as well smile

it's about 1/4 into the track. When composing one becomes the harshest critic of ones work. after a while that subsides. you are right this is the natural process of composing music.

Awesome to hear there is such a thing as a wisefire chord progression big_smile cool to see you've noticed the subtle stereo stuff D

Nice easy vibes, great tune m8!
