low worm

By Wilcox Raw-Cats on March 31, 2024 1:40 pm

this is a polycarbonate record lathe version of 2 old Q-Rosh songs, "low end" and "ear worm". this time I used a Goldring MC needle for the playback. I could have ruined the diamond, but I wanted to know, how the sound might change....
the hissing became stronger and the motorhumming more fat and massive. But the mids could be elevated more as usual. but it did not become more audiophil.
