lmao uninspired this week so here's a minimal house thing

BUT some real DUMB SHIT(TM) for the video lmao

-----

Busy week, didn't make a chance to work on WB till today, and spent a couple hours on an idea that wasn't shaping up quick enough.  So in the last few hours, a pivot to a minimal house jam.

BUT we're HALFWAY THROUGH let's fuckin GO
next week i think i will TOTALLY MANGLE this one into something wild.  a nice symmetry, connecting the two weeks straddling the middle of the year.

The bass drum is pretty cool.
The chords that come in at the end have some cool modulation too.

But otherwise, meh, right now at least.  I'll probably come around on it later.

I like the lead-arp thang a lot, a whole lot. The bass moment at 1:14 is amazing.

Actually really like this, every idea here is good. You should just work on this every time you feel uninspired, track made in like 3 "two hour sessions" at a time. smile

i like how you let the scratchiness of the bassy saw tone bleed out slightly in between the kick, using the spectral feel of synth tones in this rhythmic way is what makes minimal electronic music so addictive to me big_smile

A little bare, as fits the minimal aspect. The bass is nice though.

holy crap this kick drum is so fire

love that dual chip arp breakdown!  surprise chords at the 2/3rd mark are beautiful.

love the random op-1 album noise ending of course.
