Dig it.

I liked the contrast of the folksy acoustic and the aggressiveness of the distorted guitars.

Greed leading to you getting your face eaten is always a solid choice for lyrics.

...based and dungeon pilled.

NICE vocal melody! (As always, really. But something about this one feels relentlessly melancholic and slick.) Definitely earns the "alluring" descriptor in the title. big_smile

Getting excited for the Gold and Purple albums. Drop a link to them when they go live!

I really enjoyed your vocal performance on this one. I also really like the runs you do at the ends of the phrases. It's really nice and expressive. The acoustic riffs are also really nice. I like how midway through you bring in the overdrive guitars and then go full out metal with it. The tremolo lead is a really nice touch as well! This is a really epic journey of a song! I really like how you close it out with the acoustic as well.

You know, even after reading you're song notes... I went back to listen closer to the parts you called out... and yeah, I couldn't really hear you struggling like at all.  I wouldn't never (and  I guess still didn't) notice any issues with the vocals if you hadn't mention them.  I love the concept for the track too.  That upside down head monster is going to haunt me... but it lead to an awesome track.

It sounds really polished! Love how dynamic the arrangement is. Congrats!

excited for Purple and Gold (what the original fans call them)

that art book is so cool/horrifying

great accompaniment!

Excellent song!  From the vocals to the drums to the heavy guitars.  Those lead guitars that float along with your vocals sound great too.  I for one didn't hear a struggle in the vocals.  Really clean mix especially when that acoustic guitar comes in.  Really cool use of the art book for inspiration and love the contrasting album idea.  Well done!

This is magic. Love the range of instrumentation and display of musicality. Definitely looking forward to hearing more of your stuff!

The art books are really interesting. They look like they could be from a consistent culture that has some very strange worshipping practices. Takes me to some dark Japanese games and their esoteric dark art.

Beautiful track as well, the vocals especially shine here.

Is the next song a choose your own adventure where the listener must decide on turning down the hall to the left towards the chest, or to turn around and flee from the lights of madness?

WHAT THE HELL
Noooooo
Don't put the bar so high for Weekly Beats, what are the rest of us supposed to do now?

(joking aside, this is wasted on WB and should be released)

The time signatures may uncommon, but everything feels flowing smoothly and natural. There is a mysterious vibe , well connecting to the magazine pictures. A fantastic track.

Didn’t realize I am a fan of 17/8. Played like this with two 6’s and a 5 give the chill 6/8 vibe but with some flavor at the end. Cool 🤔
