WB 6 - That's Rain (Dirtywave M8)

Hi!

It's raining in Marseille and I'm loving it. So I took things slow this time smile

I started sketching a drone bass on the M8 with the Macrosynth (Wavetables algorithm) and added very minimal drums, before I noodled with my guitar in Ableton, adding a bit of Valhalla reverb.
I then imported the guitar stems in the M8 and resequenced it slightly.

The additional pads are the FM synth and a vocal sample I modified a bit.

The bluesy guitar licks on top of the bass drone and minimal clank is really nice; it feels like a next-gen David Gilmour mood piece

So cozy and pleasant! Such tasteful guitar playing as well. Agreed with ineff, the drone and clank are so effective and it feels really cool at the end when the clank stops.
