WB 5 - ❤❤❤ 3Up (Dirtywave M8)

Hi!

For this one I limited myself to 3 tracks on the M8 and tried to squeeze a tune out of it.
Kind of an unstable feeling with little islands of hope here and there.

I sampled a few chords from Arturia’s CMI V and synthesized drums with FM and macrosynth, the rest is a bit of everything in the M8.

Youtube video:

Super nice! Those drums, and the mix overall, is very tight. Liked the variation you got here, sounds like three tracks was a fruitful challenge.

Thank you!

Ooofff.. you've really pushed those three tracks to their limits. Love it.

Love the percussion side of this.

Nice as always. I don't usually manage to catch your livestreams, but it's been nice to work through the youtube archive of them. Did you reserve one track for the pads or did you lean on FX to keep the monophonic choking from being noticeable?

Definitely full of uneasy notes. Impressive with just three tracks.

Enjoyed this a lot, lots going on here. favorited

This is wild, how were you able to fit all this depth I just three tracks on the M8??? This is some mad musician magic, hahahaha... And on top of that, the tune slaps too! You did a really good job on this one.

Thank you! I did drench some elements in the reverb, especially the pad yes, to make it bleed a little between patterns.

That's the magic of the M8! Once you go tracker it's hard to go back I guess, the sequencing is so incredible on this... Thank you very much!

Not hearing any "island" (meaning void/unfinished parts). The arrangement sounds solid, complete and always going into interesting places...

Excellent work!
