building a seperate setup, waiting for some sync devices to arrive...

used a TR-08 and a PO-14 as well as a couple other sampler instruments, and sorting through a lot of ideas for where to go from here. everything fits together really naturally though, and i think once i get the kinks worked out in the alternate setup it'll be really fun. all the new pocket operator sampler/sequencers are really cool.

Lovely, I'm a big fan of that drum pattern heart Looking forward to hearing your new setup!

The reverse kick hit takes this to another level.  Nice chords

It's the guitar that does it for me. It's very nice.

thanks fellas. more soon!

Would be lovely to see a picture of that setup. I really like that you take the sound of the POs and somehow make them yours, taking them away from the chippy stuff (which I otherwise love). Maybe it's the guitar.

Somehow with an overall electronic sequenced sound, you get a more "acoustic" feel

sure! here's right now. PO35 PO33 TR08 XIWI ABOY, LSDJ, Mackie 1012, TC Flashback delay, mystery paintless tremolo.

next step is aboy midi sync  i think. i was experimenting with LSDJ analog sync for more specific hardware midi control but it doesnt work the way i want it to, trigger sync only advances the tracker by X number of steps so its not super useful and doesnt do important things like... tempo sync lol just starts in sequence. I think the aboy will resolve that and change the sound some. there's some videos on my instagram story from time to time of ironing out loops.

the guitar in here is programmed, same one-note resonator guitar. (i don't play any physical instruments anymore)

towards things sounding organic instead of chippy with pocket operators, it helps that two of the three new Pocket Operators are samplers tongue
