Unresolve

Procrastinated and dillydallied most of the week.  I think I could have developed this a bit further but I just wasn't feeling it this week.  Thanks for stopping by!  Here's to some more inspiration and energy needed for the last few weeks. *poof*

this is an awesome chord progression, but that sustained tone takes it to the NEXT LEVEL.  delicious.
love the "background tinkles"

how do you come up with chord progressions?  just drop your hands down randomly?  start with a few notes?  choose a key and scale?  use the ToneMatrixInstaJam App™?  (Now available on Apple and Android and TonePhone App Store)

Was kind of waiting for some other electronic elements to come in and I am pleasantly surprised that I did not hear them

this little song is perfect, the way it appears and disappears. it is not as complicated as the pyramid song, but with the same mystic feeling. thanks.

It has a nice downbeat melancholic feel.  I can picture Charlie Brown walking off the baseball field to this after another loss.

1.  Love delay on piano
2.  Love the chaoticy stuff in the background behind the main theme

Very cool, nice work on this one!

Just a touch of unease, but very beautiful.

Very elegant, is a bit sad somehow.
- Devieus

very nice high pitched pad that sneaks in the mix and really like the extra piano keys in the background, definitely channeling the reznor vibes on this one.

Tanks!  Usually it's just an accident and whatever first few notes my fingers plop down.  That especially is the case when I have the delay so heavy.  The space between kinda leads the way if that makes sense.  I think thats why this one has more of a dissonant feel to it.  Then ableton capture helps when I have those lil happy accidents smile

As always, you have a great sense of delicate nostalgic melodies that take us to lonely lands, with cloudy air. Nostalgic, sad, but also meditative. I am jealous of the ease with which you create these beautiful melodies. As Jason put it, definitely channeling reznor vibes (many of your tracks do), without being a pale copy. More capturing the same fire!
