This week's track got started off by the new Probability pack released on Ableton's website.  The new pack has three sequencers that you can choose from.  Melodic, Rhythmic and a Step Divider.  I barely scratched the surface of this pack but the melodic sequencer got me to use a few chord progressions and inversions that I normally wouldn't from playing the keyboard.  The random part of the probability feature wasn't used but it did at least spark my chord progression and help create those strummy parts of the piano.  If you have Ableton Suite I definitely recommend checking out this pack for those creative dry spells when your chord progressions feel stale.  I also used AudioThing's VinylStrip plugin to give the piano an older slightly worn sound.  A tiny bit added to the drums as well.  Thanks for listening! smile  Here's a link to Slynk's creative way to use the Probability pack. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OL9QkBMK734 .

Wow, the sounds in this are super cool! Love the all the variety in the percussion elements and that beautiful piano. Really great track!

You've certainly gotten more out of them than I've been able to so far!

Nice laid back vibe and some really cool sounds popping up for sure.

oh this is just lovely!

It's like a piano being assaulted by weird vibes.

The probability pack sounds really cool, (I'm not using Ableton, so I won't get to try it out).
And in your hands the result is simply wonderful!

Nice production. I love the gargly kind of wet percussive bloops. Lovely progression. I'm looking forward to trying out the Probability pack, good to hear you it sparked some good ideas for you.

Dreamy and so chill, I like the heartbeat feel of the drums and that sweet sweet piano melody smile This put me in a nice relaxed mood to take on the mountain of work I have left lol
