Pacify

Not every week feels like a win, it is what it is.  The accidental inspiration that I've relied on in previous weeks was absent and I'm not particularly fond of how boring (err mellow) this track sounds.  But hey it's another track for the dark.  Yay description deflation!

Some more genius from that tiny bedroom!

I know I'm repeating myself, but I'm in love with the mixing you use on your tracks, you really play with the low end in such an inviting way, genius!

I personally like your "boring" sound. It's raining heavily here in Madrid and it's a great soundtrack to look out the window. Love the synth patch around 1/3rd of the song.

Respect from Spain! I'm sure you'll enjoy it more after you forget how painful was to finish it, as it is with some creative stuff sometimes smile

Aaaah, it happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Sometimes the inspiration isn't there and I just work without the drive and don't really like what I'm making... That being said, I think that your track is fantastic. And don't worry, the inspiration will come back!

Either you are on such a high level that you hold yourself to ridiculous standards... orrr... musicians really just aren't good at evaluating if their music is good or not smile (Or maybe both!)

Regardless, I liked it! I dig the way it rises and falls, and the chord progression is appropriately moody. Nice work smile

change your description text to "this is awesome" now

I can completely picture this as the opening sequence to a dark murder mystery movie.  Maybe a film noir type of thing.  It definitely creates a mood...

Wow. I want a piece of your uninspiration...

C'mon man! This is ridiculously good. However I may copy and paste your description from this week as I also have felt the same in certain weeks and this hits it right on the head.

I might not have felt like a win when you were working on it, but it sure sounds like one to me!
You set a great mood and supply just the right amount of melodic elements to make it interesting throughout.

I realize my description above sounded like I was pretty disappointed.  I guess my issue is yeah I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to feeling like something is complete or even good.  Thankfully that's what is cool about this website.  I'm forcing myself regardless of how I feel to put something up here.  It's a giant added bonus to hear from you all that you enjoyed it smile  It means a lot and hopefully next time, regardless of the inspiration I'll learn to just be happy with whatever it is.  Thanks for listening and you guys released some suhweet tracks this week!  13 down! smile

The track is dark but I did get this sense of hope listening to the track, very emotional stuff, great job as always

Darkness always wins! The different instruments fit together excellent! Diggin' the collection of timbres. The filter opening about halfway through felt fantastic. You can't go better for an uninspirational week!
