Isolate

Yay… (whew)

I really really like that deep vocal patch. What are you using for that? Also, the almost mechanical build about a third through gave me chills.

Nice climax!

Soooo deep and moody at the start, that's sweet in itself, but then the nebula build-ups and releases just knock me off my feet each time! Glorious stuff, as always mate smile

good shit.

Great track! Yay indeed.

Nice build up, very smooth and dark. I love it!

Great dramaturgic development and airy theme.

WOW! The build-up, instrumentation and variety is soooo excellent! And the melodies have a great emotional impact, too. In my humble opinion, this is your most elaborated track so far!

very smooth tune. quite epic towards the end! love it.

thanks for all the nice comments smile and loving this week's submissions by you all!
As far as the "deep vocal patch", I'm guessing you mean the opening sound and the sound I've pretty much used in all of the tracks since I started this.  It's a Piano preset from Ableton I slightly adjusted (meaning I removed 1 of the 2 sounds on the preset, added reverb, the end) smile
It works good in the low and high register and it just seems to get the process going for me.
I'm not much of a sound designer, though I definitely appreciate the people who can make a burp sound like a violin!
Even though I have way too many patches/presets/sounds to dream of, I'm trying to stick to a few so I can keep some sort of theme or style.  (at least that's what my tiny brain hopes for)  Thanks again!

That is nuts. It sounds like a classic vocal/choir patch but super muffled. There's an almost "oo" formant quality to the tail. And I had noticed you use it often, I just finally had to know what it was big_smile

Yeah it def has a muffled sound to it, originally the preset was called Lost Ship and had a clanky sound to it.  So it kinda gave the "underwater documentary" feel. Not a clue how it was made, just know I love that sound smile  yay ableton!

Ohhh my god. This is amazing.

Ever since I saw you mention "lost ship" I can't get the image of an underwater exploratory adventure out of my mind.

Underwater Documentary is the perfect feel.

Lovely restraint with a very tasteful build.  Really enjoy where the track takes you!

Like a river

Delicious!

Another great track, keep it up

Some very nice sounds and melodies in this, plus just an overall cool vibe.  I dig it.

beautiful stuff...very cinematic also. keep up the good work!

EPIC!! (I somehow missed this one last week) Excellent, detailed work, Tone Matrix.
