Something Wicked This Way Comes

I had a very busy week crunching to record bass and synth for my band Atomic Pines to send off for mixing. I found a pretty good flow recording and throwing ideas over to the band lead. Eventually I had created a sort of 'sample pack' of parts and sounds. I ended up using some of those for this beat. All sounds besides the kick and sub-bass are made my Korg Minilogue and Moog Subphatty. With the recordings I created a slow, dark, ambient piece inline with Abul Mograd or a new artist I recently discovered, Aho Saan. Lots of dark, heavy, looped synths and crazy automation.
The name is spontaneous, just because the track is so slow and brooding and ominous.
