Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

I find myself wanting to be in a band again. Instead I tried making a track with ableton and guitars but ended up making this cheesy funk style track.

Sometimes I think I want to be in a band too, but it's just a bit too impractical.
A song can be both cheesy funk and a track made with ableton and guitars. I'd say the cheesy funk adds to it.
I have to agree. Playing in a band is fun, but organising a band to all get together is too hard.
Glad you enjoyed it, I certainly had more fun playing and focused less on the end sound, which I think is what I set out to do.
