This is a really cool synth odyssey. Super dreamy and atmospheric, I really dig the rhythmic patterns. So, I watched the video, and this might be a dumb question because I don't really come from a background in synthesis but how are you getting so many melodic and rhythmic ideas to play from the synth without physically touching it? It sounds way more detailed than any sequencer I've tried messing with before. And also the automation and stuff. Are you controlling it all with a midi controller out of sight?

The video is just a video recording of the tape being played back. I had already recorded onto the tape, and during that I was very much changing parameters on the synth. Notes wise, it was all sequenced from an Octatrack, so I didn't have to worry about the sequencing.
