I was trying to mess around with a dubstep vibe. Not really too stoked on what I created. I've learned that I really need to watch some youtube videos to get a better sense of how to create the various sound design tropes that exist in that world.

OKAY, I WON'T.
......but if I DID...............I would say, "Cool track! While being sonically interesting, I would say that it is missing something that makes it that quintessential Dubstep sound. My two cents would be to add some ambient noise, and then change the kick pattern into something more repetitive and less busy, and have the kick much lower, kind of sub bass. And maybe some sort of sidechain chord swell."
