This track is more ambient than my other Weekly Beats submissions have been and there are no percussive elements. Essentially I just found pads and keyboard sounds that I felt worked well together in Ableton Note. I have been working more on my iPad recently because I have found the most consistent timeframe for working on music lately has been late at night before bed. I am not fond of working with my laptop while lying down, but I do like propping my iPad up and getting some work done on music before drifting off to sleep. That has also informed the style of music I have been working on lately because I find it easier to work on ambient tracks late at night or early in the morning regardless of my energy level.
