week 12

By theGuen on March 22, 2020 9:25 pm

I am still at work since my collegues are mostly in homeoffice and i have my own room. So for now i don't see the point in breaking my back working on the kitchen table....
But for two weeks i don't use the public transport and driving by car... The second thing is that we are doing everything by videocall right now. So i am wearing my headphones pretty much the whole day.
Never thought that i would consider commuting as sparetime smile
This evening i had some comfortable time on the couch mixed and arranged some guitars i recorded the last weeks on my phone. I am quite pleased with the result.
And i had some time to give some feedback on your great tracks smile Sorry for the delay!

Have a good week!

Sounds like some great time at the office. At least I'd think so. Great song too, though again I'd think so at least.

Thanks Devieus!
Yeah  i can consider myself lucky... I mean other people have closed shops and didn't get paid full anymore. Don't wanna talk about all the infected people...
So i really don't complain...

Sounds like a hoot and a half with the whole office to yourself smile
I also quit using public transport about one and a half weeks ago. It just didn't feel right anymore ...

this track yet again is amazing! Your sounds always sound so crisp and clear. Am quite jealous about that ...

Love the sound of the guitar and the catchy melody combined with a sweet beat makes for a really nice listening experience.

Man you got a good sound recording the guitars on your phone! I feel like this could be soundtrack material for some bad ass kung fu action.  Not fight scenes, but walking and owning the street kind of vibe. Great loops / sample style sound.  Hang in there and stay healthy!

Yes, this is what I want to hear, that guitar is mixed in so well and once again a great beat pushing everything along, do wish it was a little longer, I guess I will just listen again.

The vinyl warmth and guitar at the beginning make it more impactful when the bass enters the mix. And the subtle bell-like sounds in the back give some high. This is cool.

love the fuzz and crackle on this hot beat.

stay safe my friend!

I really love these sounds, like all your tracks, this one has a delicious lofi quality that I adore. The subtle variations really keep this one moving for me too.

This has a great vibe to it! All the elements sit in the mix really well here.

This is so godly illmatic the song. It is the track that NAS forgot to put on his debut album. fine, how you recorded the guitars, but how are you programming those beats? Do you use hard or software??
