I've been watching a tonne of Anne with an E lately. It's such a beautiful show with a stunning soundtrack. This little tune is inspired by some of the folk music in the series.

To answer both of your questions it's a tin whistle 
writing tunes to play on whistle is one of my favourite things to do!
