Almost ran out of time on this one (again). Edited part of the jam I had today. I didn't start out to make dub, but it sort of turned out that way.

Title inspired by Dar es Salaam. I have never been there but I heard the name in a Terry Callier song.

Very nice chilled jam, the title suits it well.

Thanks! I am glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully I can make more of those in the future as I get the hang of using the Volca Sample as a drum machine.

Nice stereo panning. I like the pace of this and the simplicity of the chimey synth that is fixed though out while the percussion does most of the wandering. Makes it very hypnotic. Very well done!

Abstracted middle-eastern vibes with a touch of Steve Reich. Nice!

Very nice and gentle sound. I'm digging it.

Thanks! I am not really so into Steve Reich, but I think I do recognize the similarities. smile

Thanks! You probably meant "The Dalai Lama" so I am going to steal the name "Dahlia Lama" and call dibs on it. smile

No worries I know who you meant, I just think it is amazing nobody else has stumbled onto that particular spelling. Would make a pretty good artist name in my opinion. smile

The interesting thing is that it's been such a long time now that I don't really remember this particular song anymore. I think there will be a lot of surprises when I listen to all that stuff when the year ends.
