one of my new year's resolutions was to make an ep's worth of music every month this year, and then my friend introduced me to weekly beats.  for january i stuck to (mostly) the same sound selection for some cohesion. every track started as 'doodle' and there was a lot of first thought/take, best thought/take, with week four being the first time i scrapped a track and started over.  january's tracks all ended up shorter than i intended, so it's less of an EP and more of a mixtape. perhaps i'll rework that scrapped track and throw it up on my yt channel.

i also heard that the only negativity you'll experience on WB is "the snare is trash", so the entire kit is made out of literal trash. that said, i've experience zero negativity here in my first month.  thanks to everyone who listened and commented. 

i'm changing directions for february. we'll see where it leads.
