Time Crystal

One of the first bits of music equipment that i bought was a Waldorf Blofeld synthesizer. For the longest time i thought it was broken beyond repair, the screen used to light up but then show nothing... but then recently i tried turning it on and suddenly it was working again??? Weird when things kind of fix themselves. Well it is sort of fixed, it can make sounds if coerced. Actually this thing is kind of cool. I found out that there is a setting for keytracking on the oscillators and i have been wanting to make some microtonal stuff for a while now, so this is that. Really liked the process here. Having the ability to zoom in and out on the notes using the keytracking is really a cool thing, and i think it gives a huge amount of freedom when it comes to tonality. I have no idea what is going in that regard, but i think it kind of works, though my taste is a bit messed up and i can tolerate most things so i don't know. Could have been longer i guess and i didn't find a good ending.

Wow I feel like I've had a gong bath. This is so pretty.

No idea a Blofeld could do that, but then this is the magical Blofeld of resurrection.

OOOH! Such beautiful pure sine tones. There's so much untapped beauty in microtonality, and pure tones like these really let you play around with it! This is really great and very dreamy.

Also congratulations on your blofeld coming back to life!! I have definitely had gear do that to me and it's a bit of a relief but also a tad uncertain. I like to know my fixes are repeatable haha.

"though my taste is a bit messed up..."

ha! MESSED UP TASTE GANG  heart

this is good for my brain and even my heart too

i think if thom yorke heard this he would want to sing over it

inspiring as usual, Friend

Galactic wind chimes. I love these pure ringing tones and how they morph over each other in unexpected ways.
