Gave myself a bit of a challenge to make a track that can be used as a backing track to instructional vocals overtop and be used in a loop for as long as it needs to be.  I think it turned out ok.

spent a good 1 and a half hours figuring out my bmp, synths and drum samples. once i had that i took about 45 minutes figuring out a structure.  another 20 minutes mixing it together before it was done! total work time 2 hours 35 minutes
