This week i ended up breaking my session into two parts that added up to about 1 hour and 10 minutes.  40 min first session building instruments and loops and putting together a rough structure.  second session was 10 minutes setting up chains and 10 minutes recording and arranging. i couldnt avoid the extra 10 minutes to get it mixed and such but i suppose that makes sense for adding more elements.  im going to try and keep it as close to one hour as i can still and just adjust my workflow as such.
