So this week i decided to test out the sampling capacity of nanoloop mobile. Which i think your given like 3-5 seconds to loop a sound using your phones micro phone. Then you can sequence it using nanoloop. So i go my classical guitar and jammed out some licks and chords and got a great result. I multi track another nanoloop pattern for adding some pads and extra melodies. I used FL10 for all that jazz. Tweaked the eq added some compression and some verb to the drums and presto! You got a nice chill track. I added some bird sounds i recorded while on break at work and fit great into the theme. I love four tet's first album "pause" so its kinda paying tribute to that sound he got. Guitar loops and looping other sounds. I think i will explore this more i like how easy it is to loop on it. I still could use a better mic to record the samples but oh well ENJOY!

Had no idea you could do this with nanoloop mobile, gonna have to redownload that app and mess around w it! This is great, love how the loose guitar samples play off of the more rigid, boxed-in percs. Definitely has that four tet vibe.

great use of the sample function.  this almost has a madlib sort of vibe.  neat!

laiiiiiiiiid back!

Definitely a cool chilled out vibe.  The acoustic guitar loops sound great.

That's pretty neat.

That guitar got me from the first stroke!
Nice vibe and the pads later on are real cool!
Damn good!
