Snaps

This weekend i made a new distortion JS plugin in Reaper.I used it on almost all tracks.

I was about to make a quick tune, but ended up working för like 5-6h tonight. Now my ears, eyes and back hurt.

Electric guitar
Acoustic guitar
Electric bass
Casio DM-100
Casio MT-65 drum samples and Acoustic drum samples.
Shaker egg, tambourine, finger snaps

I didn't feel like programming anything today, so everything is played. Drums quantisized.

cool western track! the intro groove is amazing! the organ later makes it pretty hypnotic and a bit more humoristic. Nice use of the motif on organ and guitar, it really becomes almost an ear worm.
Not cool that you worked too much but it's a nice track tho! gotta take care of yourself tho.

Thanks for the nice comment! I didn't deliberately go for the western vibe, but now that you mentioned it, it's something I might spin off of later. I love Morricone and 60's surf, but usually I create whatever and go with the first idea that comes to mind, stupid or not. Hehe:)

Yeah this totally has Western meets Surfer vibe! The Surfin' Desperdos of Mesa Grande hangin' ten at high noon!

jeez how can you do this in one week?
great drumming swing feel

beautiful!

Great tune, love the organ solos, and the guitar solo with the stereo organ action is a little bit fantastic! I’ll sign up for a tutorial on how to record perc with the warmth and consistency that becomes apparent at the outro.

Yeah, the two organ solos are my stands out parts as well. Such a cool sound, and very well played.

Your guitars are very nice too...

This song is a very good time.
