Looking for the Lost

Super rush job this week but there's some good ideas in here I think. Enjoy!

Love that fretless bass over those nice pianos.

This doesn't sound "rushed" with the nice orchestration (strings are nice too, fun percussions, there is everything needed there!)

I wouldn't have picked up on the rushed aspect as the beginning gives me super chill and relaxed vibes.  The percussion adds more of a sense of urgency, but not in a "didn't spend a lot of time on this" sort of way.  Honestly, it sounds nicely fleshed out to me.

Everything comes together nicely and easy. That bass adds so much feeling. Beautiful song.

beautiful bass, the drums and percussion glue everything together. I really like the tone and mix of the kick.

such grand melodic movement over these really nice chord changes.
and yeah, the bass i so tasty!
really nice work, rushed or not   smile

Great contrast in sounds - love the overall mood. And oh man - love that bassline. Zero “rushed” vibes detected, and the overall track gave me a mellow mood. smile Great track.

Thanks everyone! Really appreciate the nice comments, hopefully it's just my DAW workflow and understanding of music improving smile
