Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.

Nice guitar addition. Great tone. How fun is the M8 as a starting point to add extra instruments over?! I love the muted bass tone.
Thanks for the comments! I'm struggling to get more of a natural feel on the M8 so I loaded some live drum loops and spent some time trying to match them with programmed drums. I need to learn more of the off-grid stuff using tables. But yeah, the M8 is great for quickly arranging a whole song and starting to fill it in.
I feel like there are many songs that have the fake-out count-in before the real one, but when I went looking I couldn't find them. Maybe an old U2 or Clash song?
