Mud and Grime

I tried to keep this track simple with only six different elements. The only two instruments that consistently appear throughout are a programmed synth riff and some electronic drums that I played live. Halfway through the track, I added some additional electronic drums that were pitch shifted up five semitones to avoid phase cancellation. Various shakers (put through a flanger) and a programmed glockenspiel were also added to slightly spice up the proceedings.
Overall, the track relies on repetition and simplicity. A decent way to start off the year.
