a week without you

By sinewave on February 16, 2020 11:40 pm

More longing and desire... And more OP-Z...as I mentioned last week, I found quite a few bugs when I started using this little thing in earnest. This week I found a few more, not unknown to many but certainly to me...you can't reset the trigger counters - the function doesn't work, which means that some of my more advanced ideas for varying pattern chains didn't work as I hoped. Also, chaining pattern chains results in some data loss somehow, which is heard here when I switch to the "a week without you" chorus...the first "a week" is lost...arrrgh!! Oh well. I suppose buggy software is the modern equivalent of those "charming idiosyncrasies" that analog headz go on about...

Finally, much like last week, her voice is so fuckin sexy...

Funny to hear you talk about the technical aspects of your music production, because I just hear the music and it's really good! Very catchy, just dark enough. But when I listen, I don't think of the technical stuff because it sounds so natural, and not a series of programming decisions.  I mean that in a good way!  Enjoying catching up on your tracks.
