Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Week 36, heeeere we go. Another bit of sillyness to keep up the year long grind. Wasn't suuuuper satisfied with what I was working on so the ending wound up being a bit of an experiment deliberately bad gainstaging and clipping the tracks in my daw. Fun/silly/distorted times.

It's cool to experiment, I think track clipping can be used evocatively depending on the intent. Like if a track were to gradually become more chaotic and the production reflects that then it sounds meaningful. All kinds of stuff can be learned from messing around
